Hit your hair with a refreshing burst of hydration with TIGI S-Factor Papaya Leave-In Moisture Spray ($23.99). This lightweight spray adds moisture to hair and gives your style a midday dose of energy. Soy protein and amino acids create a buffer between your hair and damaging factors like sun and wind, helping hair resist color fading. Vitamins like A & E nourish hair with free-radical destroying antioxidants, and Panthenol and Glycerin make hair shiny. Spray on to uplift your current ‘do, or use to prep hair for styling.
“Hair’s” to Your Health: TIGI S-Factor

Sorry for the bad pun, but it’s quite fitting when we’re talking about TIGI’s new line, S-Factor.

We’re all concerned with our health, and keeping our hair and scalp healthy is a no-brainer. A healthy scalp is the foundation for strong, healthy hair, and it’s especially important in summer.
S-Factor is formulated to to just that, with proteins and botanicals to support hair and scalp health. The line features shampoos and conditioners for both color-treated (Color Savvy) and “virgin” (not color treated) hair (Smoothing). It also includes Serious, a deep conditioner, and Papaya Leave-In Moisturizing Spray.
S-Factor has a couple of awesome treatments your hairstylist can use in the salon. EMTs (don’t you love the name?)- Extreme Moisture Therapy with Extreme Moisture Complex (a special blend that increases your hair’s ability to retain moisture) also come in 2 specialized formulas: Color Savvy, and Health Factor, for highlighted and over-processed hair. I spray this onto damp hair before cutting to condition my clients’ hair at the same time.
Balance Boosters are weekly treatments you can use at home to maintain your hair between salon services.
S-Factor’s stylers are protective and caring, too. For humidity-proof fullness and bounce, apply Body Booster to towel-dried hair and blow-dry with S-Factor’s amazing round Ceramic Brushes (you’re not still using metal round brushes, are you?). I totally dig Dream Drops and Creamy Molding Wax; I make a styling cocktail by emulsifying them together in my hands and applying to dry hair to give a piece-y look to my clients’ hair with outrageous shine (don’t overdo it — a little goes a long way).
